How do I purchase a product?

Simply add the product to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your payment. Once your order is confirmed, your files will be available in your account immediately.

How will I receive my product after purchase?

After completing your purchase, your files will be available in your personal account. Just log in and download them anytime.

What if I didn't receive my product?

If your files are not available in your account after purchase, please contact us at contact@themotionpulse.com with your order details and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

How do I choose the right product?

Not sure where to start? Check out each product page for a full description, previews, and what's included. If you're looking for an all-in-one solution, the Creator Bundle or All Access Bundle are great starting points.

What software are your products compatible with?

Compatibility varies by product. Most of our assets work with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve. Check the individual product page for specific compatibility details.

How do I use your products?

Every product includes a full video tutorial to help you get started. You'll find it inside the product folder alongside your files.

Can I use your products for commercial projects?

Yes. All MotionPulse products can be used in personal and commercial projects. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our assets is strictly prohibited.

Do I need an account to purchase?

Yes. An account is required to access your files after purchase. You can create one during checkout — it only takes a few seconds.

How do I access my files after purchase?

Log in to your account and go to your orders. All your purchased files will be available there to download anytime.

Can I access my files on multiple devices?

Yes. Your account is accessible from any device, so you can download your files whenever and wherever you need them.

How do I reset my password?

Yes, each product has a limited number of downloads. If you've reached your limit and need to download your files again, contact us at contact@themotionpulse.com and we'll restore your access.

Is there a download limit?

Click "Forgot password" on the login page and follow the instructions. If you have any issues, contact us at contact@themotionpulse.com.

License & Usage

Can I share or resell your products?

No. Redistribution, resale, renting, lending, or sharing of MotionPulse products is strictly prohibited. Each purchase is for personal use on multiple devices only.

Are your products royalty-free?

Yes. Once purchased, you can use our assets in any personal or commercial project without paying additional fees.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase. For more information, visit our Refund Policy page.
